Base Plates,Dimensions
and Enclosure
A-Cells come minimum of 36"x36" and a maximum of 60"x60". They may be configured in 1 foot increments. 1" aluminum base plates have rows of 5/16-18 tapped holes for mounting of your tooling wherever needed. 1/4" dowel holes are also implimented so repeatability exists.
Robots
If a robot is spec'd on an A-Cell, it comes mounted and ready for use. Note that some robot controllers are capable of controlling the entire A-Cell and no PLC is needed.

Valves and Remote I/O
One of most convenient aspects of A-Cell is being Plug-and-Play. Remote I/O moduals allow for sensors M8 conectors to be routed to the moduals without any actual wiring. The same goes for pneumatics. just run tubing from the cylinders to the valve bank and go. The HMI will already have a user screen to toggle each valve.
